HOLA 30th Anniversary Gala
HOLA (Heart of Los Angeles) provides underserved youth with free programs in academics, arts and athletics. They needed gala event design that would fit within the HOLA brand, bringing together the bright, young energy of HOLA's work, with a refined touch fit for an elegant evening for donor members celebrating the community and impact they've been building for the last 30 years.
This concept plays off of the industrial design of the HOLA logo and their new headquarters made of shipping containers. The design balances the brands friendly fonts and a fun reference to building blocks, with a more refined dark blue and gold color palette along with a clean, geometric layout to bring out a sophisticated touch. The design was applied to varying collateral including a save the date, invitation, printed leave behinds, and digital graphics.
The save the date features 30 containers to mark the organization's 30th year, with the 31st container being added, representing building and growth.
